WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We operate Monday - Friday.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed between our operating days of Monday to Friday.  Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by Tuesday morning.

RATES

Australia: 

We ship with Australia Post, with standard delivery ( 3-10 days ) and express service ( 1-4 days ).   Standard delivery is a flat rate of $10 and express delivery a flat rate of $15.

FREE shipping for all orders over $150 (we send via Australia Post standard delivery, which generally takes 3 - 10 days to arrive). 

International: 

Due to COVID 19 and related shipping issues and delays we are currently only shipping outside Australia to New Zealand.

There is a flat rate of $35 for all New Zealand orders. These will take 7-28 days to arrive.

Import Duties

For all international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the product reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of our products and Animal Anarchy will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances. We have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
